TOYO TIRES Exhibited at “Tokyo Auto Salon 2019” // January
Hyogo, Japan – January 7, 2019 – Toyo Tire Corporation (Headquarters: Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture; President: Takashi Shimizu) will showcase tire brands for both TOYO TIRES and Nitto at the “Tokyo Auto Salon 2019”, held at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan from Friday, January 11-13, 2019.
■ TOYO TIRES
Vehicles that are still rarely seen in Japan, such as the latest SUV and sports cars, will be displayed and creating a dynamic space around the booth. An extensive TOYO TIRES product lineup will be on display to support “Real Driving” and enable vehicles to perform at their best.
During the Auto Salon, TOYO TIRES will hold talk show with special guests Ken Block, a world-famous rally driver support by TOYO TIRES, and Masato Kawabata, the three times championships at the D1 Grand Prix series and a member of the Team TOYO TIRES DRIFT. Furthermore, Japanese famous actor, Sho Aikawa who completed the Asia Cross Country Rally in August of this year, will come in.

The brand image developed for North America will be presented at the Nitto booth, and the Nitto brand worldview will be emphasized with powerful pickup trucks and coupes with the latest Jeep Wrangler (JL), which has been customized in North America.

Following on from last year, an Instagram campaign will be held at the Toyo Tires booth, and a campaign is also being planned to encourage visits to both the Toyo Tires and Nitto booths.
